The ProMinent Group is expanding its presence in the Balkan peninsula with a subsidiary in Turkey. The Heidelberg-based company already has offices in Bulgaria, Greece and Romania. The new subsidiary opened its doors in January 2013.

When the suppliers’ awards were presented, ProMaqua established itself as “subscriber” of the first place in the category “Best Field Sales Team”.
ProMinent presents innovative pumps and complete metering solutions at the third international Pump Plaza, Stand L09 in Hall 14. Highlights include the new process pump Zentriplex and a control circuit consisting of a motor-driven metering pump Sigma and a measuring and control unit DULCOMETER® diaLog DAC.

Visitors to HANNOVER MESSE trade fair can experience a new generation of controllers at Stand L09 in Hall 14: ProMinent will be unveiling its new DULCOMETER® Multi-Parameter Controller Dialog DACa. The Dialog DACa was developed for continuously measuring and controlling the parameters needed for water treatment. The new controller platform is taking the place of the D1Ca/D2Ca controller from ProMinent.
At HANNOVER MESSE trade fair ProMinent will be will be showcasing its recently developed process pump Zentriplex on Stand L09 in Hall 14. The revolutionary feature of this pump is its completely new construction offering the following key benefits and advantages: ultra-compact dimensions, low weight and energy efficiency - a process pump that produces high outputs and outstanding efficiency with minimal floor space requirements.
ProMaqua will be launching its new chlorine dioxide system Bello Zon® CDLb at the forthcoming Brau Beviale exhibition. The innovative system concept will ensure the safe and efficient generation and metering of chlorine dioxide, resulting in outstanding long-term stability of the solution, exceptional efficiency in the reaction without any ClO2 loss from the gas phase and step by step controlled process. It guarantees outstanding operational safety.
At Brau Beviale 2012, held in Nuremberg from 13th to 15th November 2012, ProMaqua will be presenting Smart Disinfection in Hall 4.0 on Stand 306-308. The Heidelberg-based manufacturer will be presenting environmentally-friendly, economical and sustainable disinfection solutions with in-house developed and manufactured components and systems.
At the forthcoming Interbad exhibition ProMaqua will present its energy saving and environmentally friendly solutions at Stand 4E71 in Hall 4: Electrolysis systems, UV systems, complete metering stations, networked controls and an electronic operational diary.
At the forthcoming Interbad exhibition ProMaqua will present its new disinfection system, ProCal, at Stand 4E71 in Hall 4. The system represents a simple, chlorate-free method for disinfecting swimming pool water with calcium hypochlorite.
ProMaqua presents its electrolysis system CHLORINSITU® IV compact as an alternative to metering of bleach or other common disinfection agents at stand 3E71 in Hall 4 of the Interbad 2012. The system generates chlorine, hydrogen and sodium hydroxide on site from harmless common salt. The compact membrane electrolysis system disinfects not only harmlessly and environmentally friendly but also enables correction of the pH value at the same time.
As one of its highlights at Interbad 2012, ProMaqua is presenting the multi-channel measuring and control system DULCOMARIN® II, which can be operated via tablet PC. In Hall 4 Stand 4E71, the Heidelberg-based manufacturer will demonstrate how one can manage swimming pool and spa facilities both safely and easily also from a distance.
The quality of water will be crucial in the Aquatic Centre in London from 27 July to 12 August asthis is where the winners of the Olympic swimming, diving and synchronised swimming competitions, as well as the swimming part of the modern pentathlon will be decided. A fundamental prerequisite for the athletes' elite performance will be the maintaining of optimum water conditions in compliance with the exacting quality guidelines laid down by the Governing Body of National Swimming Clubs. ProMinent meets these exacting requirements with its water treatment systems.
The new amperometric sensor BCR1, available from July 2012, has been specifically developed for the online measurement of the bromine concentration of organic disinfectants, like BCDMH (1-bromo-3-chloro-5.5-dimethylhydantoin), in polluted water.
Hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) is also widely used in Germany for the disinfection of cooling water due to its complete biodegradability. Innovative sensors from the ProMinent PER 1-mA range ensure that the right volume of disinfectant is metered into the cooling water circuit at the right time, by continuously and reproducibly detecting the concentrations of H2O2 present. This sensor will be showcased by ProMinent on Stand J94 in Hall 8 at ACHEMA 2012.
ProMinent will be showcasing its new compact online DULCOTEST® measuring points for turbidity on Stand J94 in Hall 8 at ACHEMA 2012. Versions TUC1, TUC2, TUC3 and TUC of the measuring points in the DULCO turb C product range will be manufactured and consist of a sensor, flow fitting and measuring instrument.
Panel-mounted measuring and control stations DULCOTROL® for cooling water are one of the key highlights showcased by ProMinent on Stand J94 in Hall B at ACHEMA 2012. The online measuring and control units have been optimised to meet the requirements of cooling water treatment applications.
Continuous monitoring can be solved conveniently and reliably with amperometric online sensors from ProMinent. The new chlorine dioxide sensor CDR 1-CAN, which is insensitive to dirt, provides reliable measurements in cooling water circuits in conjunction with special cooling water controllers. Visitors will be able to view the integration of the sensor into a cooling water application on Stand J94 in Hall 8 at ACHEMA 2012.

ProMinent is showcasing its newly developed flow meter DulcoFlow® at ACHEMA in hall 8 stand J94. Its unique feature is that for the first time the flow-through of a non-continuous flow and the amount of liquid which has flowed through in a pulsing flow regime can be reliably and precisely determined and monitored.
At ACHEMA 2012 in Hall 8 at stand J94 ProMinent is showcasing its new Hydraulic diaphragm pumps type Hydro/ 4. It supplements the Hydro/ 2 and Hydro/ 3 types thereby extending the range of application of the product range to the higher capacity ranges. The Hydro/ 4 is equipped with a PTFE multi-layer metering diaphragm.
ProMinent will present its peristaltic pumps type DULCO®flex DFDa 80 at ACHEMA in hall 8 stand J94. They are characterised by their simple functional principle and their compact, robust design.
Corrosion, deposits and biofilms in cooling circuits can significantly reduce the efficiency of heat exchangers. The consumption of cooling water and thus also the operating costs increase dramatically. ProMinent will demonstrate at the ACHEMA in Hall 8, Stand J94, how this can be prevented.
ProMaqua will be launching its new chlorine dioxide system Legio Zon® CDLb at the forthcoming ACHEMA exhibition. The new system concept will ensure the innovative generation and metering of chlorine dioxide, resulting in minimal use of chemicals and improved stability of the chlorine dioxide solution produced. Its intrinsically safe process method, including the sealed transport of gas, guarantees outstanding operational safety.
